Chloe Hamilton
Hi I’m Chloe, a mom of 3 girls.
I work full time at a prominent insurance company. I love to do anything that is artistic (writing, sculpting, jewelry making and drawing.)
I became pregnant with my first daughter while I was in college and I had never been more scared in my life. I was working part time at the school while I was continuing classes (Bachelors in Criminal Justice). I didn’t have a clear focus or direction and I relied on whatever help I could get from family and friends. My husband, who was my boyfriend at the time, changed his life instantly into daddy mode (I will admit I struggled at first). I felt weak and that I had no clue what I was doing. I never even thought that I would want children. But my princess literally saved my life. I can still feel that awe of hearing her heartbeat for the first time. That moment... that “first heartbeat moment” has been the glue to keep me together when I feel like I might fall apart. And every child has their own special heart song. Pregnancy taught me that women are more magical than I could’ve ever imagined. Ever since then, I have been a different woman, and the weirdest part is each of my daughters has gotten a somewhat different mother. But everything works out exactly how it’s supposed to and I am grateful to live the life that I do with my family.
The most important thing is to remember to be kind to yourself. This life isn’t meant to be about the end. Going through the process is how we become the best versions of ourselves. Don’t try to be perfect, just choose to be happy.
